In All Things, Seek The Wisdom Of God

■ In All Things, Seek The Wisdom Of God ■ 

Proverbs 24 : 13-14 (NIV) 

Eat honey, my son, for it is good; honey from the comb is sweet to SWEET TO YOUR TASTE. Know also that wisdom is like honey for you: If you find it, there is a FUTURE HOPE FOR YOU, and your hope will not be cut off. 

(MSG)
Eat honey, dear child—it’s good for you and delicacies that MELT IN YOUR MOUTH.
Likewise knowledge,
and wisdom for your soul—
Get that and your FUTURE'S SECURED,
your hope is on SOLID ROCK.

Here, the Wisdom of God is being compared to the things of this world. Both is good but consider for what good it is for and choose. For your taste or for your soul?
For your Now or for your Secured Future?
This scripture summarizes it all. It answers to the question why, as Believers, we must secure a relationship with God! 

Children of God, this is it. Doing life with God is an expense, thats the same way doing life with this "world" is at an expense. Yes, the expense on God's side is that you loose your will, tastes, desires and more to God. Right, but it is for the best. And what are these best. Let's mention them: "that your hope shall not be cut off" , "you have secured future in Christ" (do you know what it means to have a future that is secured in Christ??) Ha! and many moreee. 
Likewise, the expense of this world but what do we get in return? Destruction, confusion, condemnation, a mixed up life etc.

COGs (Children of God)....this is one of the reasons why we make noise about the Jesus we have encountered! And it is our wish that you also get to encounter and experience this Jesus. We don't want to be selfish. This is actually one of the variety of packages you enjoy when you recieve Christ and decide to walk and do life with Him. He's worth our everything, our time, money, our life! I promise you! Even He that is all perfect thought of us worth His life that He layed it down on the cross for imperfect and unworthy beings you and I. Oh Jesus! How you love us!

All we need to do is to lay it all down! In whichever form it is, no matter how it looks like, lay it all down NOW! He's got something more worthit than what you are holding onto for you. After you lay it all down, stretch out your hand to Him as a sign of surrender and acceptance and from there, He will take hold of your hand and walk with you into the land He has promised you. With that walk, there are no mistakes, there are not regrets, there are no stumbling blocks, there are no mountains. And even if there are, theres no need to fear. Your victory is rest assured because it is GOD you're walking and doing life with! Come on! Glory to God!
